Refund Policy


Most orders take 5-7 business days (not including holidays or weekends) to process. This DOES NOT include shipping timeline. PLEASE READ BELOW.


Due to COVID-19, USPS is taking longer than usual to process and ship orders. WE CANNOT CONTROL HOW QUICKLY USPS SCANS, SORTS AND DELIVERS YOUR PACKAGE. 


USPS First Class: 2 - 3 Weeks (may be longer, depending on USPS workload)
USPS Priority Mail: 1 - 2 Weeks (may be longer, depending on USPS workload)


All our products are made on demand. Most of the products take 7 - 10 business days to produce.
An email will be sent once your order has been shipped, including a tracking number.

We are not responsible for any stolen or lost packages. For these issues please contact USPS directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS.

We do not offer any exchanges, returns or refunds of any kind to any of our products including gift cards, accessories, t-shirts, and jackets. All online sales are final. 

Since all our products are made to order, and are one of a kind pieces, we cannot offer exchanges, returns, or refunds. We cannot refund or exchange your products for any reason.


In the unlikely case of a damaged item or if you received the wrong item. please email us within 7 days to correct the issue. We cannot help you after a week or if the item has been worn/used. We are not responsible for wear and tear.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 15 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 15 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Reasons for Returns

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.

Returned by Customer - Contact before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse or size exchanges. 

We do not offer any exchanges, returns or refunds of any kind to any of our products. All our products are print on demand so for that reason we cannot accept any return or exchange. 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to hello@mrhuey.comPlease do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Returns (if applicable)

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
